تم اختياره مستشار لوزير
التخطيط السعودي بعد ما صدر الأمر الملكي بضم مصلحة
الإحصاءات العامة والمركز الوطني للكمبيوتر لوزارة التخطيط
وكانت المهمة المسندة إليه هي إعداد دراسة لتطوير المركز
والمصلحة، وتم إعداد الدراسة والتي استغرقت قرابة العامين،
وسلمت لوزير التخطيط كمجهود فردي عادة تقوم به شركات عالمية
متخصصة مقابل ملايين الريالات. |

Was assigned
after the joining of central department of statistics and
the Saudi national computer center to the Minstery of
Planning by royal decree to be the consultant for the
Minster of planning? Where he prepared a study that took
two years to develop and reengineer those organizations to
become an information & decision support center to meet
the growing demand of Saudi Arabian government for better
information management and decision support.

مستقل لتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية في مجال بناء نظم الكمبيوتر
واستخداماتها في التطوير الإداري والاقتصادي للشركات
والمستشفيات والمصانع. |

Worked for 10
years as a private consultant to many business
organizations to help them develop and upgrade their
computer system and networks private enterprises such as
companies, hospitals and factories. |

انتخابه نائباً لرئيس الاتحاد العربي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
(جامعة الدول العربية) منذ عام 2001 م ـ |

Was elected
twice as the chairmen of Saudi Arabian computer
society-Jeddah chapter and served for four year term.
Was elected as the
Vice chairmen of Arab Union for Information Technology
since 2001. |

العمل على نقل وتوطين تقنية
الحاسوب ونشر الوعي لأهمية المعلوماتية وتعميم استخدامات
الحاسوب في جميع أرجاء المملكة والعالم العربي لقناعته
التامة بان ذلك سيكون الجسر الذي نعبر عليه هوة التخلف و آلة
اختراق جدار الزمن للوصول إلى مصاف الدول المتقدمة. |

Works hard to
transfer and adopt information technology and spread
computer utilization in the private and public sector in
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & the Arab World for his
undoubted believe that information technology is the time
machine that will bridge the modernization gap & the
Digital Divide with western world. |

والمتطورة و إلقاء محاضرات عن نظم الكمبيوتر وشبكات
الكمبيوتر وتبادل الخبرات مع العلماء من جميع الدول لنقل
وتوطين التقنية المعلوماتية . |

باسم: (نحو خطة وطنية لحماية وأمن المعلومات في عصر العولمة)
(فاز هذا البحث بالمركز الأول في المؤتمر الدولي لأمن
المطارات والمواني الذي أقيم في المملكة تحت رعاية وزير
الداخلية السعودي. وترجم البحث لعدة لغات. ووجهت عدة خطابات
شكر وتقدير من مدير الجامعة و آخرين لقاء فوزه بالمركز
الأول.)
نشاطات نشر غير بحثية
أكثر من مائة مقاله نشرت في مجلات وصحف متخصصة وغير متخصصة
داخل المملكة وخارجها. والتركيز حاليا على عمل البحوث في نظم
إدارة المعلومات وشبكات الحاسبات وأمن الشبكات. |

التطورات في مجال استخدامات الكمبيوتر. تصفح الإنترنت، قراءة
وكتابة المقالات العلمية وكذلك الكتابة لنشر القيم الهادفة
لتوطيد السلام والمساواة والحرية، مع ممارسة بعض الأنشطة
الرياضية مثل السباحة والغوص والتنس. |

field and also to promote values that foster Peace,
Equality and Freedom, As far as sport isp concerned my
interests are swimming scuba diving and ground tennis. |
